Saina Clinic And Health Center is an ethical, patient-centred dermatology and cosmetology clinic, led by Dr. Ashwini Lavate — General Physician, Aesthetician, Certified Clinical Cosmetologist and Trichologist.
The clinic looks after skin and hair disorders, laser treatments and aesthetic care, along with surgical and skin-rejuvenation procedures and hair fall treatments such as PRP.
We use current, evidence-based treatments for skin, hair and nail concerns, and we take time to explain what each option involves — the likely number of sessions, aftercare and cost — before you decide.

Giving back to the community
Alongside clinical work, Dr. Ashwini and the clinic have supported people in need over the years.
Free care for those in need
In her early years of practice, Dr. Ashwini treated persons with intellectual and physical disabilities and other people in need free of charge.
Supporting girl children
To promote awareness about the girl child, the clinic offered free treatment to parents with only a girl child. Widows were also treated free.
Respect for the Armed Forces
Family members of Armed Forces personnel were treated free of charge as a mark of respect.
Children and elders
Whenever possible, the clinic has helped orphaned children, people in old-age homes, children living with HIV and others in need.

The clinic arranged basic necessities for affected families and provided free medicines and treatment to many patients.
Access to surgery
The clinic has helped economically weaker patients get free operations at hospitals in Maharashtra and Karnataka.
